MASS AVE
Mass Ave, located in Indianapolis, is such a fun location filled with so much charm, personality, and variety. 🤍 From the beautiful architecture and Bottleworks Hotel to the local movie theatre, colorful alleyways, and little tucked-away nooks, there are so many unique spots to explore throughout the area.
I love that Mass Ave gives your session a more urban, modern feel while still having plenty of character and interesting backdrops. There’s always something fun to discover, and each area brings a slightly different look to your gallery.
Because it’s an urban location, Mass Ave is perfect for sessions all year long and is especially fun for seniors and families looking for something a little different.
Sessions are best held during the evening hours leading up to sunset.
NEWFIELDS
Newfields, located in Indianapolis, is such a gorgeous location for portraits, featuring the beautiful Lilly Mansion, elegant water fountains, and gardens upon gardens filled with flowers. 🤍
There are so many beautiful details throughout the grounds that create a timeless, romantic feel for your session.
Sessions are best scheduled from mid-to-late May through August, especially if you’re hoping to take advantage of the beautiful blooms throughout the gardens.
A little note about Newfields: reservations are required for photography sessions, and there is an additional fee for a photography pass. Because sessions are best held during the evening hours leading up to sunset, Newfields sessions are reserved exclusively for Thursday–Saturday evenings.
It’s a beautiful option if you’re looking for a session that feels a little more elegant, timeless, and garden-inspired.
